Refund policy

We offer a 30 day return or exchange policy in store and online under the following conditions:

Return & Inspection: To qualify for a full refund, the product and its packaging must be returned and inspected. It is the customers responsibility to obtain a return label and ship the item back. The refund processing time is 7 days. 

Items must be in new or original condition in order for a refund.  Any damage due to improper use or neglect will void the return. 

In the case that the original packaging is no longer available the customer is responsible for obtaining proper packaging that will protect the items during return shipping. Blast Cornhole is not responsible for any costs associated with obtaining or replacing packaging.

Custom products are subject to the following conditions. Any custom products must be new and unused, any signs of usage will no longer be returnable. In addition the buyer is required to cover design, shipping & restocking costs (30% of original order total). No restocking fee for non custom items. 

Stolen Packages: Please note that Blast Cornhole and our shipping service providers are not liable for packages successfully delivered but stolen after delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to secure their package after delivery. We recommend tracking and watching for when the shipment is planned for delivery. 

In the event that your item is damaged in transit, please reach out to us within one week of delivery for refund or replacement. 

10% cancellation fee if you cancel a order within 48 hours that has not shipped.  If an order is cancelled After 48 hours and/or has shipped, there is a 15% cancellation fee.  

PRICING ERRORS, ORDER ACCEPTANCE, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, availability, shipping costs, and promotional offers on our website, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Pricing errors or typographical mistakes.
• Incorrect product descriptions, images, specifications, or availability.
• Technical, software, system, or website malfunctions.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorized transactions.
• Errors related to shipping charges, discounts, coupons, or promotional offers.
• Inventory shortages or products that become unavailable.
• Orders that violate our terms of service or purchasing policies.

If an error is discovered after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund of any payment received. In some situations, we may contact the customer to provide the option of purchasing the product at the correct price or under corrected terms.

An order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of an order does not constitute acceptance of the order. Orders are not considered accepted until they have been reviewed, processed, and shipped.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
